THE FRUNK CLUB SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Domestic (United States)
Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): FREE on orders over $80 / $7.99 flat rate
Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing is complete. Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control.
International Shipping
We Currently DO NOT ship internationally.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders, including:
• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS
The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you realize you made an error, contact us immediately at the email below — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
• Check with neighbors or other household members
• Look around your property for any safe-drop locations
• Wait 2–3 business days — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early
• Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
If your package is still missing after the above steps, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the items immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). Please refer to our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
