Shipping
U.S. orders ship for a flat $7.99. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders typically process in 1–2 business days, with domestic delivery generally taking 3–6 business days after processing. Tracking is provided when your order ships.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returned items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact returns@thefrunkclub.com. Please do not send items back before requesting a return. Custom orders, including items with patches applied, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
